Before filling out the form it is important to be aware of a few items:

-Depending on the type and size of the event, this food truck may require a deposit prior to commiting to your event.

-A minimum dollar amount in sales may be required by this truck to cater an event. If this amount is not attained, the host may be required to pay the difference to meet the minimum.

-A fuel charge may be added by this truck to events outside their serving area.
